The trail follows very quiet roads and ancient cart tracks with grassy surfaces and dry stone walls each side, passing an old lime kiln and offering views over Carlingford Lough and the stunning countryside.

Colin from Meath

We were looking for a trial walk as an introduction to hill / trail walking and this was an ideal choice. A mix of L roads and grass trails with fantastic views. Loved it and have done it twice so far. Highly recommended if you are a novice or even experienced walker.
