This loop crosses the lower slopes of the Knockmealdown Mountains above the village of Clogheen and the River Duag. It follows road and forest paths, passing Reigh Cemetery. There are fine views of the village and its surrounding area.

Jane from Longford

Enjoyable moderate walk, mostly on forest tracks with the start/finish through the village of Clogheen. Views to the countryside have been lost since the walk was developed as forestry has grown in the intervening years. Took me about 1hr40mins to complete.
