This programme is a CLOSED event. the programme is up and running with a group of cancer patients. The group is at it's full capacity. This programme is a 6 week programme using activator poles to build strength. Each participants will learn how to balance, increase strength and mobility using activator poles. It is a great way to keep fit and healthy.
