Very nice trail, spectacular views on Skellig Islands, coast line and Irish country side. Counter clock wise more challenging than clock wise. Sheep included along the trail ;-)

Fantastic scenery on this walk. Not too steep but a lot of water on the ground when we walked it at the end of October. Took just over two hours and was really enjoyable. Could be better signposted.
Barry from Limerick
Stupendous loop walk! It's more like 8 KM long. Walking it backwards/clockwise makes for better views.
Katty from Belgium
Lovely walk- beautiful views

A well marked trail with amazing views of the Skelligs. There's a small parking area for the trail so keep driving until you reach it, rather than parking at the side of the road. If you're fit the trail from the car park can be done in about 1 hour and 45 minutes. It can be quite windy at the top. So long as the ground isn't too wet, runners are fine.
