HORSE SPORT Denis Lynch nominated for Olympic Show Jumping spot

Horse Sport Ireland has announced Tipperary born Denis Lynch and the ten year old "Lantinus" as its nomination to the Olympic Council of Ireland to fill the sole show jumping spot allocated to Ireland for the 2008 Olympic Games.

Denis, aged 32, currently tops the Global Champions Tour rankings with "Lantinus", having won an unprecedented series of Grand Prix victories together with some notable performances for Ireland in the Samsung Super League.
