Dublin Horse Show

The 2007 Fلilte Ireland Dublin Horse Show commences in the RDS Dublin today, Wednesday 8th August and runs to Sunday the 12th.

The Horse Show is a Dublin institution.  A celebration of Ireland’s affinity with the horse, from the best show horses to the best international show jumpers. It is one of Ireland’s largest events, a highlight of the summer, each year, welcoming tens of thousands of people from Ireland and all over the world.

The Lord Mayor of Dublin will officially the Show inside the main entrance to the Show in RDS Main Hall today at midday.

The Main Arena will be the venue principal of International Show Jumping competitions. The highlights of which are:-

8th  August The Irish Sports Council Classic
9th August The Speed Derby
10th August The Samsung League Nations Cup (Aga Kan Trophy)
11th August The Landrover Puissance International
12th August The Longines International Grand Prix
