Description of Service:

Sport Ireland provides Expert Advice across all of the focus capabilities below:

• Organisational Leadership
• Project Management
• Employee Performance Management
• Risk Management
• Corporate Governance
• Stakeholder Engagement
• Change Management
• Strategic Planning

This service is provided by an expert service provider. The service is mainly provided over the phone by the service provider but face-to-face meetings can take place depending on the nature of the query.

Process:

• Sport Ireland will register all eligible sporting organisations with the service provider.
• All queries are then made directly to the service provider who have allocated experts in each Capability area to provide strategic guidance and support in dealing with the organisation's query.
• Each query will be dealt with confidentially by the service provider.
