Strengthscope Profile Report

Description of Service:

A Strengthscope Practitioner will conduct a Stengthscope profile report (for the individual or with a 360 option) and will meet with individual to facilitate a feedback/ coaching session on the results.

Strengthscope will help you to understand:

• Your personality and performance strengths.
• The tasks and activities that are most likely to energise you and lead to high levels of engagement appropriate for the situation.
• The extent to which you apply your strengths optimally in the way you approach your work.
• How visible your strengths are to co-workers and key stakeholders (provided you are doing the multi-rater version of the tool).
• The Process:
• The Strengthscope Practitioner will forward to the individual a link to an online questionnaire to complete. At the end of the questionnaire (if the 360 option is chosen) the individual will be asked to nominate up to 8 contacts to take a questionnaire about the individual.
• The Strengthscope Practitioner will monitor the completion of all questionnaires about the individual and remain on hand to any support required.
• When all nominees complete the questionnaire the data will be gathered by the Strengthscope Practitioner to finalise the Strengthscope final report.
• The individual will meet the Strengthscope Practitioner for a feedback / coaching session and the review of the final report.

Belbin Team Role Report

Description of Service:

A Belbin accredited Practitioner will conduct a Belbin Team Role Report (for the individual or with an observer option) and will meet with them to facilitate a feedback/coaching session on the results.

It will help you understand:

• Your strengths and weaknesses in a team.
• Your behaviour in the workplace.
• Your role in a team.
• How others view you in a team.
• The Process:
• The Belbin Practitioner will forward to the individual a link to an online questionnaire, which they will be required to complete.
• The Belbin Practitioner will monitor the completion of all questionnaires about the individual and remain on hand for any support required.
• When all nominees complete the questionnaire the data will be gathered by the Belbin Practitioner for a feedback / coaching session and the review of the final report.

Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Interpretive Report for Organisations

Description of Service:

A Myers Briggs accredited Practitioner will conduct a MBTI for the individual and will meet with them to facilitate a feedback/coaching session on the results.
