welcome even if you have never done a triathlon, duathlon or aquathon but want
to see what it is all about!

The camp will include: an
"Introduction to Triathlon” talk, strength & conditioning / core class, swim
session, run session & a little bike work / bike handling skills with lots
of time in between for Q&A’s and a generally active fun day out!! We will
have trained coaches present.

What to bring: swim gear,
running gear, bike & cycling clothes, change of clothes, towel, snack &
water……and lots of energy!!
