Eevi Bengs dominant at Finnish Championships.

After claiming the Nordic Championship title in Denmark earlier this month, Eevi Bengs confirmed her fine end-of-season form with gold at her home Nationals. 

The 23-year-old World No.52 showed her class to dominate her rivals. Poise and control ensured she took top spot ahead of silver medallist Sonja Rajakangas of Pentathlon Oulu and Saskia Halminen Pentathlon Helsinki who finished in 3rd.

In the men’s draw, UR 33 Helsinki’s Taneli Pahkala won the competition as Janne Soininen of Pentathlon Helsinki ended his campaign in second and Toivo Kivirinta of Pentathlon Porvoo took bronze
