Ireland Hosts Pre-Games Badminton Camps in Dublin and Lisburn

Two pre-London 2012 preparation Camps for players from several badminton nations will take place in Ireland next month.
From July 9, players from several developing badminton nations will train with Irish Olympian Chloe Magee and eight high performance players at the Marino Institute of Education in Dublin. Former Korean and British national coach Lee Jae Bok and Irish national coach Dan Magee will supervise.


On the 21st July, the Irish Olympians head to the Olympic Council of Ireland's preparation camp in London, while five South African Olympians will train with the Ulster provincial squad in Lisburn at a second camp.


In total, some fourteen badminton Olympians from eight nations will train in Ireland in the build-up to the London Games.
