Ireland 1-1 Belgium (w)

Ireland played Belgium in their final match taking place in South Africa this afternoon but the game never got beyond the half time mark due to hail; wind and flooding.

Ireland went behind in the 18th minute thanks to Sofie Gierts penalty corner finish but just eleven minutes later Nikki Evans left the keeper with no chance thanks to a cracking reverse stick shot. The game closed out after 35 minutes one a piece. Ireland will fly home later this evening.
