Paddy Cunningham Signs Up for the An Post Tour of Sligo

Paddy Cunningham made Sligo famous on the Biggest Loser UK TV show for his extraordinary weight loss and positive lifestyle changes has signed up for the An Post Tour of Sligo10K Hazelwood Spin for All and encourages people of all ages and fitness levels to take positive action and 'Get on Yer Bike' on Sunday 8th May.

'Get into Gear' cycling workshops on bike set up and maintenance took place last week across County Sligo in preparation for the An Post Tour of Sligo on Sunday 8th May. Over sixty enthusiastic and keen cyclists availed of the workshops and went away satisfied that they knew a lot more about their bikes and how to maintain them. All are looking forward to the An Post Tour of Sligo on Sunday 8th May.
