parkrun is a free timed 5k which take place at venues across the world every Saturday. It’s a community event dependent 100% on volunteers. Erris parkrun takes place around Cross Lake in Binghamstown at 9.30 am each Saturday morning right throughout the year. parkrun is not a race, it’s a recreational 5k suitable for runners, joggers and walkers and once you register and print your barcode you can participate at any parkrun anywhere in the world. It’s suitable for all levels and all ages from Olympians to Octogenarians – it’s totally at your own pace!
