Declan Cunningham’s from Galway

I have completed this trail 3-4 times with my kids. It is one of our favorites and I highly recommend it.



The trail is a mix of country road, woodland and riverbank/forest which provides great variety to keep the youngsters interested. There are many spots along the way to stop and admire the scenery.



I would highly recommend a stroll around Kinnitty and Birr time permitting. I recommend Emma’s in Birr for excellent coffee.
