Swimming: Bronze Medal for Grainne Murphy

Grainne Murphy won a bronze medal at the European Youth Olympics in Belgrade on July 24th. Grainne competing in the 400m freestyle swam a new Irish Junior Record time of 4.21.89 just over 0.7 secs behind the gold medalist.

Grainne is in the Irish Sports Council International Carding Scheme and is supported at Junior Class level
