Our sincerest condolences to family, friends and work colleagues of Bill O'Herlihy. Bill was at the centre of some of Ireland's greatest sporting moments and worked very closely with the Irish Sports Council since its establishment in 1999. Bill's contribution to broadcasting was utterly professional, getting the very best out of his interview panels and provoking debate and insight that would bring sport closer to the audience that was watching.
