Reach for the Top - A Sporting Life
An open forum on athlete preparation, performance, and lifestyle

This forum will offer information and inspiration to anyone with a genuine interest in sport - whether you're an athlete, coach, mentor or administrator.
The panel is made up of a wealth of talent and knowledge in the Irish sporting world:
- Michael McGeehin, Director, Coaching Ireland
- Ken Lynch, Head of Talent Development, Irish Institute of Sport
- Dr. Seamus Kelly, former professional Soccer player, Lecturer at DIT Aungier Street
- Una May, Director of Anti-Doping at the Irish Sports Council
- Jim Gavin, Manager of Dublin Under 21 Panel and former Dublin Senior Footballer and All Ireland Winner 1995
- Sinéad Goldrick, DIT Sports Scholar, Dublin Senior Ladies Footballer, All Ireland Winner 2010
- Colin Regan, former Leitrim inter-county footballer and National Coordinator of the GAA's ASAP programme.
The event will be chaired by renowned national sports journalist, author and broadcaster, Malachy Clerkin.
