Description of Service:

We will assist you in developing a performance management system for your organisation. Alternatively, if one already exists, we can assist you in redesigning the system to ensure it adequately meets the needs of the organisation.

The Process

  • ISC representative will contact you to arrange a preliminary meeting.
  • ISC representative will meet you to discuss the needs of your organisation, the scope of the project and the timescales involved.
  • You will then send the ISC representative all the required documentation/information.
  • The ISC representative will prepare an initial version of the system for your review.
  • Subject to any agreed amendments, the ISC representative will then consult with the organisations staff on the proposed system.
  • Following input from staff, the ISC representative will then develop the final version of the new system.
  • The ISC representative will conduct a training workshop on the new system for all end users.
  • The ISC representative will assist you with subsequent queries or guidance needed in relation to the performance management system.
