Paralympic Sport IPC Athletics World Championships

The IPC Athletics World Championships will commence in Christchurch, New Zealand this Friday (21st) and will run until January 30th.

Ireland has a team of eight athletes competing in the championships. Included in the team is defending Champion, Michael McKillop and three major championship debutants, Ailish Dunne, Nadine Lattimore and Ray O'Dwyer.

News of the Irish athletes' performances will be available on the Paralympic Council of Ireland's website www.pcireland.ie

The online International Paralympic Committee's TV channel www.Paralympic.SportTv will be broadcasting daily live coverage of the evening session between 2am and 6am GMT.
