Ireland Kick Off In Switzerland

Ireland land in Switzerland on Monday the 10th of February and the teams are set to have a tough few days ahead as they take on some of the top seeded teams in both the Men and Women European Team championships.

The Men's team led by Olympian Scott Evans accompanied by the exciting new doubles partnership of Dolan and Magee, face an opening game with Slovakia at 18:00 Swiss time on Tuesday the 11th February. The men will be hoping for a bright start as they will have Czech Republic and Top seeds Denmark to follow on the Wednesday and Thursday.

In the Women's competition the ladies will be looking to their leader two times Olympian Chloe Magee for support as they have an opening match with number 3 seeds Bulgaria at 14:00 on Tuesday. The girls have equally as tough challenge after that as the other teams in the group are France and the Netherlands. Fellow Talent group player Alannah Stephenson is back for her second Championships and will look to make her mark at this year's competition.
