IHA Launch official iPhone App

The IHA in partnership with our web developers eSports Manager have today launched an official Irish Hockey iPhone app. The app provides the Irish Hockey Community with free access to the latest news, fixtures and results via their iPhone. The app is free to download and available on the Apple App Store by searching for 'Irish Hockey'.

Speaking to hockey.ie, Karl O'Shaughnessy, Marketing Manager said ' The launch of the iPhone app is an important part of our digital media strategy at the IHA. We have been actively developing our digital media initiatives over the last number of years such as our website redesign, social media platforms and live hockey online streaming. The iPhone app is a logical progression at this point and a fantastic addition that puts Irish Hockey news, fixtures and results directly in the hands of our community.'

The iPhone app will be followed later this year with an Android app and further functionalities will be added to both in due course.
