Gymnastics Ireland launch Coach Development Programme

Gymnastics Ireland is pleased to announce the launch of our much anticipated Sports Coach Development Programme - GymEDGE. GymEDGE is a continuous professional development tool for any coach, from any sport, with any ability, who is interested in making their athletes or players better at their own sports by giving them the edge. It uses core fundamental gymnastics skills and training techniques to build the complete athlete or player.

  • Fundamental Movement Skills
  • Stretching and Flexibility
  • Physical preparation


The workshops vary in level catering for coaches working at participation, development or performance level.
