Golf Michael Hoey wins again on European Tour

Michael Hoey won his second European tour event yesterday with victory in the Madeira Open. Michael, supported by the Team Ireland Golf Trust, in his earlier professional career, won by two strokes finishing on ten under par. His previous victory was also achieved in Portugal at the Estoril Portugeese Open in 2009. Former Team Ireland Golf Trust recipient Colm Moriarty and current recipient Simon Thornton finished on five under and one under respectively.
