Description of Service:
The ISC have now introduced a HR and Employment Law Service to NGBs and LSPs. This service will be provided by the Small Firms Association, an affiliate of IBEC.
It Includes:
1. HR and Employment Law Support Phone line
- A dedicated team to answer any queries you may have regarding all employment issues from annual leave to disciplinary action.
2. Annual Employee Handbook Review
- Review employee handbook in place and update any policies/procedures as required.
