Employee Handbook and Policy Development

Description of Service:

We will assist you in developing an employee handbook for your organisation. If one already exists, we can assist you in updating the handbook to ensure it complies with best practice and all legal requirements.

The Process:

  • The ISC representative will contact you to arrange a preliminary meeting.
  • The ISC representative will meet you to discuss the needs of your organisation, the scope of the project and the timescales involved.
  • You will then send the ISC representative all the required documentation/information.
  • Following your feedback on the 1st draft, the ISC representative will then prepare a 2nd and final draft of the handbook/policies.
  • The ISC representative will assist you if required, with subsequent queries or guidance needed in relation to the handbook/ policies that have been developed. This support will be by phone or email.
