Doyle through to 50m Breaststroke Semi-Final in Russia

Fiona Doyle, 100m Breaststroke Silver medallist, has made another semi-final at the World University Games in Kazan, Russia.

Doyle will swim in the semi-final of the 50m Breaststroke at 4.18pm Irish time this afternoon following a swim of 31.76 in the morning heats. The 21 year olds best time is 31.35 from April this year when she won Gold at the Swimming Canada World Championship Trials.

Petra Chocova of the Czech Republic was this morning's fastest qualifier in the 50m Breaststroke in 30.67.
