Cricket: Inter-Continental Cup Final

21 May 2007

Ireland will play Canada in the Inter-Continental Cup Final against Canada at Grace Road, Leicester from May 22nd-25th.

Ireland hasn't been able to secure the release of either Boyd Rankin or Niall O’Brien from their respective counties. Eoin Morgan has, however, been released by Middlesex. Andre Botha misses out due to a finger injury.

Ireland are holders of the trophy having defeated Kenya in the 2005 Final.

Eoin Morgan warmed up for tomorrow’s Final by scoring a century for Middlesex in their Friends Provident Match against Essex on Sunday.
