Home and Happy

What to Bring

  • We advise you wear light exercise clothing for
    all sections of the course as there will be various demonstrations performed.
  • Lunch will be provided, however, you may wish
    to bring along snacks/drinks for during the day

Saturday only

  • Swim gear – towel, swimmers, goggles, cap (you
    will not need fins, pull buoys, paddles or any other swim aid equipment)

Sunday only

  • Swim gear – towel, swimmers, goggles, cap (you
    will not need fins, pull buoys, paddles or any other swim aid equipment)
  • Bike gear – bike, helmet, cycling clothing
    (bring warm gear in case of wet and/or cold weather).  This will be held in a carpark, not out on
    the road.
  • Running gear – runners, shorts, shirt - bring
    wet weather gear in case of rain (heart rate monitors will not be needed)
  • Warm and comfortable clothing to change into
    after swim, bike & run sessions
