Carlow YM Club Visit

As part of Badminton Irelands ongoing communication with its members, Badminton Ireland performance Pathway coach payed a club a visit to Carlow YM. The Club visit is to help members know of all the upcoming courses including the shuttle time schools project and the various coach education courses. Carlow YM junior players who work with coaches John Amond and Willie Stevenson were also given an opportunity to work with Badminton Ireland Coach Daniel Magee as he passed on his knowledge to the younger players.

"It is great to go and work with a club like Carlow YM who are promoting badminton so well. The Junior club is well run with senior members taking the time to give back to sport, I really enjoyed my visit to this club and look forward to seeing these young players in these future" Daniel Magee
