BLOOMER AND POWER TAKE THE HONOURS IN SIXTH LEG OF IRISH SPORT HORSE EVENTING SERIES

IN THE sixth leg of the Irish Sport Horse Eventing series at Kilguilkey House in Co. Cork today (Sunday), Louise Bloomer piloted Jinnie Webb's Fernhill Frankie, by Frankfort Boy, bred by Walter Donnelly, to first place in the 6 year-old section.

The 5 year-old class at Kilguilkey was won by Elizabeth Power riding her own Kodaline, by Cavalier Two For Joy, bred by Trevor Horgan.

Today's two competitions were part of the Horse Sport Ireland series for 4 year-old, 5 year-old and 6 year-old Irish Sport Horses, with over €20,000 in prize money.

There are eight legs in the 5 year-old and 6 year-old series and four legs in the 4 year-old series.
