ATHLETICS Rلs na hEireann

The 39th Rلs na hEireann International Cross Country Event, organised by Dunleer AC will take place in Termonfeckin GAA Grounds Co Louth on Sunday 24th February 2008.

There are 14 races in total on the programme catering for all age groups, young and old, with the first race commencing at 12 noon. The International Senior Men and Ladies are scheduled for 14.15 and 14.45 respectively.

The Rلs is held in conjunction with a Cross Border Weekend of Art, Culture and Sport. It is preceded by the 17th Armagh International Road Race on Thursday 21st February. Dunleer AC, the Rلs na hEireann Committee and Armagh AC work together to ensure an annual festival of athletics with a road race in Armagh and a cross country race in Termonfeckin.
